**My Availability:**
6pm to 9pm Philippine Time daily. I can work consistently 15-20 hours per week.

I work via mobile phone and laptop with stable internet connection. I'm a fast typer and I'm comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for translation and drafting replies.

**My Strengths:**

2. Fast learner - I follow SOPs, scripts, and templates carefully
3. Patient & detail-oriented - I make sure every customer feels heard
4. Reliable - I show up on time and meet deadlines

**What I Can Do:**
- Answer customer emails and WhatsApp messages
- Handle order status inquiries, returns, and general questions
- Use templates/scripts to respond professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer conversations
- Learn new tools quickly with training provided

**Experience Level:**
I'm new to paid online work but I'm eager to learn and grow with your company. I'm willing to do a paid trial period to prove my work quality and reliability.

**Rate Expectation:** $3-5USD per hour
