Profile Description

I spent 3 years in the call center industry as a team leader in the customer service field. As a team leader, I handled a wide range of administrative duties including creating reports and submitting data to stakeholders, timekeeping, and data analysis. I have above-average to expert skills in Microsoft Office and Google Office tools as well as various CRM and reporting platforms such as Zendesk and Looker. As a team leader, I was also trained to answer escalation emails, calls, and chats. Before being promoted to team leader, I spent 5 years as an agent doing first-line support work such as data mining, lead generation, and first-line response to calls/chats/emails from customers.
During the pandemic, I transitioned to freelance work with different clients in various fields. I also added to my skills and experience by taking on clients with social media management and content creation ---------- addition, I also worked with a client from the real estate industry who had me working as a transaction coordinator handling sales documents and maintaining real estate-related websites.
