I was an HR Assistant for a year and six months then got promoted as an HR Supervisor for a year. I am managing and supervising all the admin and HR responsibilites for (4) Purefoods-San Miguel Divisions, (2) Magnolia Division, (10) Monterey Robinsons Stations, (6) Monterey GaisanoStations and (10) Petron Stations. I handle all the employees' statutory benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH CONTRIBUTIONS AND LOANS), employee ATM processing, payrolland deductions,201 files, record keeping, legal (DOLE & NLRC) hearings, process company documents, arrange schedules for admin meetings, trainings, christmas parties, and etc. I also coordinate with third parties for company's needs and productivity. I am the Hiring Officer, I conduct the whole hiring process from examinations, interviews, reference check, job offer, orientation and onboarding. Overall, I am the one who is hands on and oversee the end-to-end HR functions

I was once a Community Based Monitoring System- Enumerator for Philippine Statistics Authority based at our Local Government Unit. I have an enumeration area wherein I conduct surveys for each households. I collect data, like how many household members, their jobs and income, structure of the house and many more that is included in the system. I experienced different kinds of people; some are kind enough to let me enter their house and sometimes offer me snacks however there are some who are a bit avoidant and somehow rude but I handled it well. I also give reports about the data I collected.

I was once active at Course Hero. I help students with their assignments specifically Psychology subject. I review some of their research and help with suggestions. I do testing as I am a licensed psychometrician
