I've spent the last 6 years running the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce brand selling on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify — handling everything from product listings and inventory to supply chain coordination between Thailand and the US. Before that, I spent almost 12 years managing customer service teams at BPO and travel tech companies, including Agoda, where I led teams of up to 25 people across email, chat, and phone support.

I'm looking for a business that needs someone to actually own their operations and run things without constant hand-holding.

Here's what I handle well:
- Amazon Seller Central (listings, pricing, inventory, compliance, analytics)
- TikTok Shop operations and daily account management
- Supply chain and 3PL coordination across international teams
- Customer success and support team oversight
- SLA management and performance reporting
- Process documentation and SOP creation
- Reporting and dashboard automation using AI tools
- Remote team management
- PPC campaign monitoring and basic support (still building this skill)

I'm comfortable working in any time zone. On the tools side, I've worked with a wide range of platforms over the years and getting up to speed on something new has never been an issue.
