I have demonstrated success in providing assistance to customers' inquiries, it may be through phone, Inbound /Outbound call,s or email support in an accurate and timely Upgrade to see actual infot just that, I always ensure that I have addressed all their concerns without lacking Upgrade to see actual info Fact, I have been recognized as the TOP agent several times and received some awards because of this. I am confident that my oral and written communication skills matched with great customer service will make me an asset to your company, aside from that I have worked as a Virtual Assistant for almost 2 years. My Main tasks are calling a Motivated seller to set appointments for property visits. Asks more questions about their properties and Other administrative tasks.   
I worked for a local investor in CA  as  VA, The market is for Single Family homes, my responsibilities are taking calls (cold calling), checking properties online like Zillow, realtor and pop stream, I also do appointment setting to check the status of the property, needs to repair and take photos of the property for the market purposes. Also, I do texting to get leads/prospects using the launch control, Data skip trace using sherpa, and Podio for the leads we have. After we visit the property and have all the details, We do email blasts for cash buyers using Constant Contact,  also tried to use Mailchimp before. And for social media, We promote our properties acquired through social media platforms. 
 As a customer service representative and VA. I am confident in my ability that I can make success with anything I put my mind to. I work confidently and efficiently because I love what I do. I learn quickly and have strong analytical skills. My organizational skills are essential to meeting deadlines and delegating tasks and responsibilities while promoting environmental teamwork.
