Design and Construction Management

• Design-Build Project Execution: Plans and coordinates design-build projects, supervises subcontractors, and oversees project execution from planning to completion. • As-Built Documentation & Occupancy Permits: Prepares and finalizes Structural and Plumbing as-built drawings for occupancy permit applications, project turnover, and regulatory compliance.

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepares daily construction reports, accomplishment reports, and technical project documentation.

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Prepares and updates project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and progress monitoring using Primavera P6.

• Quantity Surveying & Billing: Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and progress billings.

Proficient in using PlanSwift for construction takeoffs, estimating resources and project duration, and preparing accurate as-built documentation. Skilled in redrawing client-provided plans, measuring missing dimensions on-site, and linking takeoffs to progress monitoring and reporting

• Procurement Engineering & Materials Control: Handles material requisitions, supplier coordination, Purchase Order (PO) processing through QuickBooks, and inspection of delivered materials.
