ministrative chaos you don't have time for. If you're drowning in emails, juggling conflicting calendar invites, or losing hours to travel planning and document processing, I'm your VA. With 7+ years of hands-on experience,, including managing an executive household in Hong Kong and running my own retail business, I don't need hand-holding. I spot problems before you do and fix them without being asked.

My core strengths are executive calendar management (Google Calendar, Calendly), Inbox Zero email processing (Gmail), international travel logistics, data entry with 100% accuracy, and document handling (visas, legal forms, school records). I'm proficient in Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Clockify, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
