Profile Description

Hi! I have experience in QA testing, project support, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and web application support.

I currently support web application testing and project operations by documenting issues, validating workflows, monitoring updates, coordinating with developers, and assisting with tracking and reporting tasks using tools like ClickUp, Google Workspace, Postman, and spreadsheets.

I also have experience building and supporting database-driven web systems using React, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS. This allows me to understand both technical workflows and operational/business processes.
