I am VERY new here.

What I am is an aspiring author.
I am taking a a bit of a break from corporate but I need to earn a living.

ex-Associate Vice President for a recruiting company.
ex-Director for a call center and managed Telco (your mobile provider with the globe-like icon), Finance (your card with the blue box), and healthcare insurance.

For over 20 years, I led operations and performance improvement across complex BPO and RPO environments, ensuring teams deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality results for clients. My work centers on diagnosing performance gaps, strengthening operating rhythms, and enabling teams through data, process, and technology.

That said, I was basically a Chief Of Staff to my COO in the Philippines.
Scrum master for my Country leader.
Mentor and coach to middle managers.

Known for being the glue that kept everything together.

I am an expert in recruitment processes.
I am expert in most common MS tools - Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word (not sure a lot of people use this)
I know my way around Canva.
I know my way around Google Suite.
I am obsessed with time management.
I work with grace despite pressure.

But most importantly, I am a partner and listener.
