Hi, good morning. I am Riovy Mae A. Bonostro; you can call me "Rio" for short. I graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, CUMLAUDE and I'm a licensed professional teacher. I do have previous BPO experience in finance and retail. The first company was IQOR, Davao, handling retail accounts (Walmart) for almost 4 months, assisting customers with refunds, and managing products and services. While at VXI Delta Davao for a year and 4 months handling billing and payments, I have three lines of business: first, CSIS, assisting with account inquiries and adding bank/card or updating information; second, Payments and Disputes, assisting with refunds, payment inquiry, transaction inquiry, filing, and collection; third, Investigation and Regulatory, assisting with hard limitations, payment holds, and withdrawal. I'm also chat support, both live chats and async, and outbound calls as well. Further, I was on government as part of a special program for the employment of students, compiling documents on offices in schools and public officials. I'm also an SK candidate, a youth active member under the KAB-OT youth organization. under the position of secretary and peer guidance. These works mold me and make me more informative; this will show how responsible I am with my work and how flexible I am with dedication and perseverance on the task given to me.
