- email support and calls specifically order management from quote to order up to shipment and invoicing
- catering special requests, different inquiries, and /or complaints from customers
- attending weekly meetings through Zoom or Teams regarding updates and current issues.

Giving/providing them the most convenient customer service experience.

I am a Bachelor’s Degree graduate, have good English communication and writing skills, keen to details, focused and organized person.
