I am a multi-skilled customer service associate with extensive experience in the industry, 3 years of doing:

- email support and calls specifically order management from quote to order up to shipment and invoicing
- catering special requests, different inquiries, and /or complaints from customers
- attending weekly meetings through Zoom or Teams regarding updates and current issues. 

Giving/providing them the most convenient customer service experience. 

I am a Bachelor’s Degree graduate, have good English communication and writing skills, keen to details, focused and organized person. 

My rate is $6-8 per hour, can accomplish 30-40 hours a week and am happy to negotiate and adjust with your requirements/needs. I am looking forward to talking with you so we can further discuss setup, job specifics and
