Profile Description

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I started my career with Convergys Megamall, a BPO company here in the Philippines as a credit collector of Macy’s. We do inbound and outbound calls to collect payments from our clients. We also monitor overdue accounts and notify customers of delinquent accounts. We also advise clients of necessary actions and strategies for debt payments. We also arrange payment schedules based on financial status of the client.
After a year, I have decided to look for a morning shift account since I am planning to enroll myself in an intensive review for board exam for Nurses. I was able to work with 24/7 Makati as a tier 1 customer service representative. This time, it’s an inbound call we get calls from clients who have problems with their bills and internet usage. We help them to manage their account.
After working on a BPO company, I pursued my dream to be a nurse. So, I applied in a hospital and started my career as a nurse. I have learned that nursing is not just about how to take good care of your patient but also how to do customer service. After giving birth I stopped working and now I am a stay at home mom for 3 years already and looking for a home based job so I can help my partner with our expenses.
As I just have started this new career, I can’t give you explanation that strongly encourage you to hire me, but I can promise you that if I get into this job, I will be dedicated and loyal for my work. I will always try to make good relationship with customers and clients.
