Profile Description

I am a bilingual English-Italian administrative support professional with 16 years of BPO experience, including 14 years in global hospitality and 2 years in e-commerce. My career has been built on accuracy, reliability, process discipline, and maintaining organized records in high-volume international environments.

I have experience in customer support, email management, CRM administration, data entry, documentation, records management, reservation support, and back-office operations. I have supported customers across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets while working across multiple systems and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

I am proficient in Salesforce Lightning CRM (end-user experience), SynXis, Opera, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

I am currently transitioning into long-term Virtual Assistant and remote administrative support roles. While I am new to the Virtual Assistant industry, I bring highly transferable administrative and customer support skills and am open to training, onboarding, and learning new tools and processes. I am currently building proficiency in Asana, ClickUp, Trello, and Notion.
