If there's one thing I can confidently say I'm good at, it's my command in English. I have been very passionate about the language since I was young.
With regards to my other skills, I have above average computer skills and I continue to explore the use of computer and internet because I know they continue to evolve. I am hungry for knowledge and I dedicate most of my free time in learning new things.

I have made good use of my English degree in my first job experience as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher. I have taught several non-English speakers the basics of English communication.

My last work experience is with customer service and on a leadership role. Such opportunity has also helped me develop other important skills such as doing research, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making. Alongside these skills, I have also learned personal and professional values such as patience, empathy, respect, resourcefulness, competence, and diligence.
