I was a Claims Ambassador for a well-known home reservation booking app. We process property claims from start to finish - reviewing the photo proof of damages and complaints, reviewing guest and host reviews, and past claims for patterns. Making sure the documents sent to us were genuine - not edited, the time the photos were taken were accurate, not downloaded from google, not the same photos sent to us from old claims. We communicate with both hosts and guests via email but can make phone calls if they request us to. I compose my own email when communicating to our customers and I made them as friendly as possible, as genuine as possible so they don't look like they're system-generated and were templates only, adding translations for people who prefers reading in their own language (We work for customers around the globe). Monitor the requests until they're done and we're also the ones to submit them for payment of the damages. People making repeated claims for extra funds are very common in this type of work so we have to be really keen to details and is time-limited so time management is really needed.
