I have almost eight years of experience managing eBay stores and Amazon, with a strong background in customer service and eCommerce operations. Throughout my career, I have handled customer inquiries, communicated with customers and manufacturers, conducted product research, optimized product titles for SEO, processed orders and returns, resolved disputes and cases, and ensured that orders were fulfilled accurately and on time.
I have worked with various suppliers, including Home Depot, Amazon, Walmart, Sears, Lowe’s, and many others. I am also highly organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets to efficiently manage products, orders, and other day-to-day tasks.
In addition, I am familiar with a variety of eCommerce and dropshipping tools, including Amz Scraper, Zik Analytics, Hipshipper, Chili Hunter, Black Lister, Dropship Beast, DSM Tool, Hydra, Yaballe, AutoDS, Subivi, Arbiship, and Web Scraper. I also have experience using VPNs to help maintain account security and manually tracking orders to ensure customers receive timely updates. Additionally, I can handle follow-up calls with customers and carriers to resolve delivery issues and provide excellent customer support.
