Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented tea ---------- mber who can support customer service, administrative tasks, or social media? While I don’t have direct Virtual Assistant experience yet, I bring 3 years of professional experience and I am highly trainable, adaptable, and quick to learn with proper guidance.

I have 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO (international voice & non-voice) and 2 years as a Legal Administrative Assistant (Philippines). I’ve handled customer inquiries, scheduling, document preparation, and high-volume records while maintaining accuracy and strict confidentiality.

I can support you with:

- Customer support (email, chat, voice)
- Calendar & scheduling management
- Email & inbox management
- Document preparation & data organization
- Social media posting, DM/inbox management, and basic photo/video editing
- CRM support (HubSpot & GoHighLevel – familiar)

While I may not have extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot and GoHighLevel, I have worked with various CRM tools in the BPO industry and understand core CRM workflows. I am tech-savvy, a fast learner, and confident in adapting to new tools quickly.

I can work independently or as part of a team, follow instructions well, and maintain strong communication. I am open to negotiation, have a can-do attitude, and am willing to prove my value.
