With a background in Industrial Engineering and active experience in Supply Chain Execution, I move beyond simple data entry. I focus on 3PL Performance Management and Inbound Timeline Ownership, ensuring that operational bottlenecks are identified and resolved before they impact your bottom line.

Core Areas of Expertise:
Inbound Logistics Management: I own the end-to-end timeline for product launches. I monitor shipment milestones (departure, arrival, cross-dock) and proactively flag risks to ensure your inventory is ready for sale on schedule.

3PL & Warehouse Accountability: I act as the primary point of contact for warehouse partners. I track operational KPIs and SLAs, conduct root-cause analysis on delays, and drive corrective actions to keep providers accountable.

Inventory Integrity & ERP Management: Ensuring physical stock matches digital records. I investigate discrepancies (shortages/overages) and manage data flow within WMS and SAP environments.

Operational Support & Peak Planning: I provide strategic support during peak periods or escalations, helping teams resolve backlogs in outbound fulfillment.

Technical & Analytical Toolkit:
Data Driven: Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (Dashboards, Pivot Tables, Trend Analysis).

Systems: Netsuite, SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Project Management tools.

Mindset: Lean/Kaizen focused—always looking for ways to trim waste and improve lead times.
