Program Officer at Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippines

A dedicated and results-driven professional, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration, with the latter providing a strong advantage in strategic leadership, decision-making, and organizational management, currently serving as a Program Officer under the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR). Functions as the Provincial Project Management Officer for Project SPLIT, a World Bank-assisted initiative focused on improving land tenure security and agrarian reform services.

Brings strong expertise in governance and compliance, serving as the Head of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat for procurement, ensuring transparent, efficient, and policy-aligned procurement processes. Also contributes as the Deputy Overall Document Controller for ISO 9001:2015, supporting quality management systems and continuous improvement in organizational operations.

Actively engaged in gender and development initiatives as a Member of the Technical Working Group (TWG) of the GAD Focal Point System, promoting inclusivity and gender responsiveness in programs and policies.
