Eventually, I joined Airbnb and worked my way up to becoming a Senior Case Manager, where I handled supervisor escalations and helped both hosts and guests resolve complex issues. It was an incredibly rewarding experience
not just solving problems, but also helping people feel heard, supported, and valued.
Now, I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned and use it to help companies and property owners build stronger relationships with their clients and guests. I believe that great service goes beyond transactions. it’s about trust, empathy, and clear communication. That’s what I aim to bring to every interaction.
