To efficiently handle my tasks, I utilize essential time and project management tools like Asana and my Google calendar.
In addition, I'm well-versed in various Real Estate tools, including Flex MLS, CRM Grow, Zoho CRM, kvCore, DigiSign, and more. I excel in creating email templates for potential sellers and buyers, as well as delivering weekly email updates to current or active clients. Managing my clients' social media accounts across platforms like Facebook, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Twitter, and others is also a part of my skill set as an admin assistant.
Furthermore, I undertake property searches and data farming on behalf of my clients, and I'm no stranger to making and receiving calls from leads. Whether it's scheduling appointments or confirming them for my clients, I am adept at handling these tasks.
