I have extensive experience in chat*based customer relations. As a supervisor at a private club, I was the amin point of contact for members, often resolving their concerns through digital messaging. I later moved into Catering Sales, where I managed the entire chat workflow-from initial inquiry to closing the sale. I'm comfortable multitasking between several chats while maintaining a helpful and professional tone.

In my previous roles as a supervisor and in Catering Sales, I performed CRM tasks daily by managing client lifecycles. I was responsible for tracking every interaction with a customer-from the first chat or email to the final sale-ensuring their data was organized and their needs were met. While I am eager to master your specific software, like HubSpot or Salesforce, I already have the 'CRM mindset' of organized data entry, consistent follow-up, and relationship building.
