For the past 3 years, I have worked as a Legal Intake Specialist, assisting potential clients, conducting intake calls, gathering case information, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate documentation. I also served as a Call Quality Control Specialist, where I monitored calls, maintained service standards, and helped improve team communication and customer experience.

In addition, I have experience as a Virtual Assistant/Secretary for an American company, handling administrative support, scheduling, email management, client coordination, and remote operations. I also have experience in social media management, including content planning, basic graphic design, creating short-form video reels, and helping improve online engagement and brand presence.

I am passionate about delivering quality work, learning new systems quickly, and staying productive in remote environments. Known for being dependable, patient, detail-oriented, and proactive, I take pride in meeting goals, staying organized, and helping teams operate more efficiently.
