Hi, I’m Jan Carlo Rentoy, 24 years old, and I studied Information Technology.

I’ve been working in customer support for more than three years in the BPO and offshoring industry. In my roles, I handled different types of concerns such as service-related issues, order management, and eCommerce administrative tasks. This includes assisting with order updates, inventory-related concerns, and making sure customer requests are resolved accurately and efficiently.

I’m also experienced in using customer support and CRM tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Shopify, which helped me manage tickets, track customer concerns, and support order-related processes.

Because of my IT background, I’m comfortable working with different systems and technologies. During my college projects, I worked with APIs and transactional-based systems and gained experience using technologies such as C++, Oracle, SQL, PHP, Flutter, Figma, React Native, and ReactJS. I also have basic exposure to Java, Angular, and Ionic. While I’m not a full-time developer, this technical background helps me understand systems better and adapt quickly to new tools.
