Born in the U.A.E., and having moved to the Philippines to continue my education, I have mastered how to interact and work well with the different peoples of the world.
I have over half a decade's worth of expertise in customer service to offer. I have had the absolute joy in not only assisting the customers at one of the best Tel-Cos in the United States but also in assisting in the development of excellent representatives for different LOBs. I also produced some internal videos for a company I worked for and am adept in video editing.
I know the ins and outs of engaging customers in a call center environment and I have always found it fascinating how different interactions with customers can go. I am very open to both receiving and providing feedback if appropriate and working to improve any setting I may be assigned to.
I play some fps games, attempt poetry, and learn guitar in my free time.
