I am currently seeking an opportunity to support a trucking company as a Freight Virtual Assistant, Dispatcher Assistant, or Logistics Support VA.

In addition, I have over 2 years of experience as an Operations Coordinator/Store Manager in a coffee and milk tea shop, where I handled daily operations, customer service, staff coordination, inventory monitoring, scheduling, and ensuring smooth business flow.

I also have 5 years of experience in online selling, where I developed skills in customer communication, order management, sales, social media engagement, and problem-solving.
