Profile Description

I started working as an Amazon Virtual Assistant in 2015 for eGrowth Partners and went through a training program created by its founder and industry leader Cynthia Stine to provide and assist a variety of clients with excellent Amazon seller account support. 

I have worked with a variety of Amazon sellers in the US and UK with stores in the US, Canada, UK and in the EU marketplaces. I can humbly say I managed an Amazon account making 6 figures sales a month. Day-to-day tasks includes, but are not limited to the following.

•  Writing Plan of Actions for suspended ASINs (Inauthentic, Not as Described, Used Item Sold as New, Safety Concerns, Restricted Product and Suspected IP claims)
•  Opening and managing seller support tickets
•  Performance Notifications and Account Health Monitoring

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant with over 7 years of experience, I have a broad backgrounds on Seller Central and proficient in using Amazon tools, such as Keepa, ChannelMax, Informed.Co, Jungle Scout, FBA Calculator. Office Apps such as Microsoft Office Word and Excel as well as Google Docs and Spreadsheet.

Although, I can do the above tasks, I don't limit my self in learning new ideas. Thus, I welcome any kind of job that would refine me more.
