Profile Description

I am an experienced sales business partner with a demonstrated history
of working in the information technology, services, and publishing industries.
I am a skilled professional with a wide range of experience in operations
management, sales, market research, continuous improvement, and training for
over 10 years.
 

Currently, I work as a full-time Localization Project Manager in an
international IT/manufacturing company for 4 years now. I work with translation vendors to deliver high-quality and cost-effective translations on time. 

I handle translations requests to be sent to external vendors for the following:* Publications* Marketing materials (brochures, presentations, Web strings)* Firmware strings* Software driver strings* Packaging strings* App strings 
Prior to my current role, I was a Sales Business Partner. This role is a key
contributor in enabling Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) and Distribution
Account Managers (DAMs) to achieve significant sales goals through timely
support in handling pricing questions, educating the resellers on programs and
promotions, providing product recommendations and general problem-solving.
  
In addition, I was also a marketing support and a demand generation specialist responsible for accomplishing different types of marketing projects which include, but not limited to prospecting, validating key leads, and initiating in content study research.

Furthermore, I worked in a self-publishing company as an Operations Supervisor. I assisted authors throughout the production process of their books
and acted as a liaison between the authors and the designers who are working on the authors’ books. I provided customer support to authors in fulfilling the
services that they have purchased from the company.

I have good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
