Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I am currently looking to a job as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Virtual Assistant. 

My most recent work experience was being a Legal Assistant remotely for the US Law Firm, specifically, The Property People Law Upgrade to see actual info focuses on property insurance claims. I became part of their closings department. My tasks include email management, phone calls for follow ups, drafting of notice of settlements and filing notices with the Florida Online Court System. 

Also, I am a Licensed Professional Teacher. I used to work as a teacher for 4 years in a public high school so I can work independently with minimal supervision. I have also worked as a Market Researcher in the BPO industry. The nature of my job there was to conduct surveys to certain groups of US Respondents which was through phone calls.

Moreover, I am highly interested in the legal field as I am currently a Law Student on my 4th Year. I am also trained in handling client intake calls, doing calendar management and email management, docket searching, minute-taking, drafting of legal documents, transcribing and utilizing legal case management softwares such as Clio. I am HIPAA certified so I truly understand that taking care of confidential information is my top priority.

Finally, I am a type of person who pays attention to details, has strong organizational skills and can work under pressure while delivering quality outputs.
