Assisting customers by giving them their missing cashback for their purchases. Moreover, helping the customers gain more understanding about why they were not able to get their cashback. Checking their accounts to know if they have any problem setting it up, such as adding their phone numbers, and why they were not able to withdraw yet.

In this role, we assist and answer the customers through email using the tool they have provided us. Moreover, giving them the cashback that was missing on their purchase.

Checking their accounts to know if they have any problem setting it up, such as adding their phone numbers, and why they were not able to withdraw yet. In addition for this role, we also look into the account, if the customer's concern regarding a transaction that is being reversed in their account.

I am experienced in using industry-standard editing software, allowing me to handle a variety of projects—from social media content and promotional videos. Attention to detail is essential in my work, as even the smallest adjustment can significantly impact the overall quality and storytelling.
