HR and Recruitment professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations documentation, and psychological assessment. During my HR internship at E.B. Aznar Holdings, I managed seafarer recruitment and onboarding, produced HR compliance documents including employee action notices and notices to explain, and created branded recruitment marketing materials published across company platforms.
