Profile Description

I was working as a customer service representative in a BPO company for 11 years but I want to have an online home based job. I'm not closing my doors to other job description as long as you offer training's . My previous job handles inbound and outbound calls, chat, emails and social media to US clients and I was been assigned on voice, non voice, live chat support and lastly social media assistant in different platform so you can expect me to perform with my skills. I'm used to work under pressure with my multitasking skills, I can talk while documenting and talk while doing everything.
