During my internship i learned a lot about good communication skills and how to deal with people. As a hospitality management student i am skillful in dealing with difficult people and patient in working with irate clients. Also in my course we are taught how to be good listeners which i know is a valuable skill in any industry. I will not say that i have all the good qualities of an employee but i am punctual, disciplined, organized, patient and flexible. You wont have any problems with me when it comes to my attendance and my behavior. I can communicate with people, i can multitask, and i am a fast learner. I can guarantee you that i will be able to deliver what is being ask of me and that i will give my 100% in your company. I have worked with different companies and been on the organization for 3 years as a Customer Service Specialist. Should there ever be a need i am always open for negotiation and work work work!
