Hi, I'm Elen Mae. I am highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Virtual Assistant seeking remote opportunities in administrative support, data entry, customer service, and online research.

I have an academic background in healthcare and information technology. I completed three years in Doctor of Dental Medicine and one year in Nursing, where I developed strong skills in attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, and working under pressure. Although I was not able to finish both programs due to financial reasons, I was able to gain valuable knowledge and practical skills from these studies.

I also completed Senior High School under the TVL-ICT strand, where I was trained in computer applications, digital tools, and basic information technology skills.

I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Canva, CapCut, and AI tools such as ChatGPT. I have experience in data entry, internet research, document formatting, file organization, and creating presentations and basic digital content through self-practice.

I am highly organized, fast learner, adaptable, and able to follow instructions accurately. I am comfortable working independently and communicating through chat and email, making me suitable for remote administrative, VA, and customer support roles.

I am seeking a long-term remote opportunity where I can contribute my skills, learn new systems, and grow professionally while providing reliable and efficient support.
