I am an experienced Customer Support Specialist with a 18 years background working for BPO Industry. With expertise in the Credit Bureau Dispute field for 3 years for a US based Financial Company. Previously worked for 6 years for a Telecom company based in Australia answering phone queries as dealer support and as a Subject Matter Expert. The next 2 years was as a Resolution Supervisor taking in escalated calls for US based customers for a telecom company as well. I also worked for a global petroleum company as a Customer Operations Specialist servicing distributor clients based in the US, the job mainly consist of order management. Ensuring that deliveries of orders are met timely, if not, making sure that Distributor were aware of the delay providing them an update on a daily basis. After which I was transferred as a coordinator for Distributor plants. Being the main focal I was in-charge in making sure that set-up and projects were met in a timely manner by collaborating and working efficiently with different department.
