I've been working in the BPO industry for roughly 3-4 years now. I decided to find a job which will be more convenient for me so that I can be more productive and I thought why not work from home?
I have handled different accounts. Telcom, Healthcare and Commuter benefits, Online portfolio managements, Tickets, Collections Autoparts, Online proctor. From voice to chat to email support and combinations.
I am very versatile and a great multi-tasker. I usually think of a more effective resolution before taking actions so that it won't compromise the quality of my work. I don't always stick with the work flow because I want to explore and apply different techniques that I think I can contribute to the team so that we can be more effective. I like suggesting and sharing my thoughts and of course respect whatever the management's judgement will be as long as I participated and contributed.
I am straight forward and open minded to whatever changes when it comes to the nature of my work.
