I started my career in the BPO sector, where I spent more than 4 years and 8 months perfecting my skills as a customer support agent. I had the honor of working as a universal agent for the UPS-US account at this time, which helped me hone my skills to provide first-rate customer care. After a fulfilling career in the BPO sector, I joined an agency to dive headfirst into the realm of freelancing. I worked with two real estate investors under their direction, spending the first 10 months in the position of a cold caller before switching to the position of a personal assistant and assistant property manager for my second client. In addition, I learned a lot working as a team leader for a software program in the US. I effectively led a group of agents in this capacity, ensuring that our clients received first-rate customer service. I have consistently shown throughout my work that I have a knack for picking things up quickly and adjusting to changes and emerging technology with ease.
