I am a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree holder and have quite an experience with customer service for over a decade.
I have over five years of experience as a medical receptionist, including two years working remotely with Qatar Airways’ Aeromedical Centre. My day-to-day involved patient registration, appointment scheduling, managing doctors’ calendars, inbox triaging, and ensuring all medical documents were accurate and compliant. I’ve coordinated with pilots, flight attendants, aviation medical examiners, international hospitals, and regulatory bodies like QCAA, FAA, EASA, and UKCAA. I've collected payments, issued invoices and done basic bookkeeping, and have facilitated orientations and trainings, and created manuals and leaflets.
I also have one year experience as a seasonal Welfare Office Coordinator at Qatar Airways Cabin Services Department, where I managed up to 30 staff by providing them their daily task assignments and creating weekly rosters, did follow-ups on their daily progress and received endorsements at the end of the day. I've facilitated welfare office orientations on flight attendant trainings, too, whenever the Welfare Manager was not available. I have handled petty cash, reimbursements, advanced allowances and coordination with different aviation departments, welfare officers, and flight attendants who required immediate and/or long-term assistance.
