Hi, I’m ---------- . I graduated with a degree in Information Systems but started my career in customer service. I worked for almost 2 years in a finance company, assisting customers through email, calls, and walk-ins, as well as doing data entry and encoding.
Currently, I’ve been with an e-commerce company for over 4 years. I handle both customer service and operations. For customer service, I manage emails and chat support, handling around 200 concerns daily. For operations, I oversee our official website, onboarding brands, monitoring stocks, daily reports and and responding comments and reviews to our company's official Facebook and ---------- account.
I'm not smart but I’m hardworking, reliable, and a quick learner. I’m not fluent in English, but I can communicate. I don’t have VA experience yet, but I’m eager to start and excited to transition into this field. Thank you!
