Hi! My name is Cess. I'm experienced Customer service professional based in Ilocos Norte Philippines. For 3 successful years , I experience dealing with different customers who are angry, irritated, frustrated worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection with the customer is not easy and it's even harder when there are no verbal or physical cues to follow. After that I worked home base as appointment setter, worked in lead generation campaign for health insurance for almost 6 months. And been in a brace campaign which is covered by the medicare. I will assure you that you can count on my leadership, management and interpersonal skills. My desires to keep learning has been y key to succeed.
