 As an Amazon seller support I manage the following:

•Monitoring FBA inventory
•Requesting reimbursements
•Listing creation
•Variation creation
•Feed or excel sheets
•Customer reviews
•Feedback Removal 
•Managing orders
•Customer service
•Fixing listing issues such as stranded inventory, suppressed listing etc. 
•Editing product listing information such as Title, Brand, price, description, bullet point, etc. 

Moreover I am trained to handle phone calls, chat and email. 

After two years of mastering the above tasks and skills I was promoted as a "Quality Assurance Analyst".
