My most recent job being a General Virtual Assistant for a cleaning service company has given me the chance to work on various administrative tasks remotely. Basically, I am handling the communication between the cleaners and our clients since they don't have access to communicate ebqkvpfo. Sy is my responsibility to be detail-oriented and to be always accurate when receiving and relaying information to both parties. And next to that main duty, is taking phone calls for general inquiries and giving quotations, processing orders, Calendar management, emails, and live chat support, Spreadsheets, and CRM management, Social Media Management. 

Previously, I've worked for an Australian Company who is selling furniture online as a Sales/Customer Service Associate. Where my main duty is to manage and fulfill orders via website and  Netsuite, due to the busy nature of my work I have to multi-task and be responsible for incoming live chat, emails, and phone calls too in which I have also became a Subject Matter Expert on our products so I can effectively provide them accurate details for inquiries and give them proper suggestions and advice. I have worked for this company for 2.5 years and I have solid reliability.

I also have years of experience in a Customer Service role for a BPO company (Sitel Philippines Corp. - Capital One credit card services) where I have mastered my phone support, email management, technical support, and data entry skills, With my experience with them, it taught me how to be a very detail-oriented person, because we are handling customer's private and confidential information in our system which means there is no room for mistakes. I've had a total of 3.5 years of experience in handling customer calls and complaints and it's what I live for! I love what I do and I am passionate in providing personalized services to every customer that I have handled in my previous roles.

My written and verbal English is excellent. ( I can show my recent IELTS examination results if requested) 

NOTE: 
I have a dedicated room at home exclusively for working with an internet speed of 25+ Mbps. I am looking for a stable, and purely home-based job ( no weekly/monthly meetings because it is a hassle for me).
