Hi! I’m Divine, a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience supporting service-based and property-related businesses in accounting and operations.

I have experience in Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoicing, payment tracking, and follow-ups on overdue accounts using QuickBooks Online, phone, and email communication. I also assist in monitoring Accounts Payable and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.

Beyond accounting, I support daily operations by coordinating with vendors, dispatching technicians, and assisting with administrative tasks such as lease documentation and client records. I regularly communicate with vendors and case managers, ensuring smooth and organized workflows.

I also have experience in:
- Inventory tracking and reconciliation using Excel
- Product and price research for e-commerce
- Managing a small online business (orders, customers, and inventory)
- Creating and posting Facebook content, including basic video editing and captions

I’m comfortable working independently in remote environments, following structured processes, and handling detailed tasks with accuracy. I’m reliable, organized, and always willing to learn new systems to improve efficiency.
