After returning to Blossom Flower Delivery, I was given the opportunity to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) role. In addition to assisting customers, I now provide real-time support to teammates, answer operational questions, help with coaching, monitor KPIs, and lead Saturday operations when managers are off duty. This includes conducting pre-shift huddles, planning the day's workflow, monitoring performance, and ensuring orders are assigned efficiently.

I enjoy solving problems, improving workflows, and being someone my team can rely on. I'm currently looking for a long-term opportunity where I can continue growing in operations, customer support, dispatch coordination, or team support.
