My name is Ian, and I am an aspiring Virtual Assistant eager to learn, grow, and contribute to your business. While I am new to the virtual assistance industry, I bring valuable office-based experience, hands-on product listing experience, and a strong willingness to develop new skills.

I am a former Recruitment Support Staff at OSMThome, a maritime recruitment agency in the Philippines. In this role, I assisted applicants by guiding them through the recruitment system, managed data entry tasks, maintained accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel, and communicated with tea ---------- mbers through Microsoft Teams to ensure smooth operations.

In addition to my administrative experience, I have hands-on experience in product listing for online stores on eBay and Shopee (Local Online Store). My responsibilities included uploading product information, organizing listings, ensuring accuracy of product details, and maintaining product data. This experience helped me develop strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

I also have experience using Canva to create logos and design materials for company-related projects. Furthermore, I have basic knowledge of AI prompting, which allows me to utilize AI tools effectively for research, content assistance, and productivity tasks.

I am computer literate, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools and systems as needed. One of my strongest qualities is being proactive. Whenever I encounter challenges, I take the initiative to research solutions independently while also seeking guidance from experienced professionals when necessary. I am committed to continuous learning and always strive to improve my performance.
