Profile Description

I have been working in a BPO industry for almost five years now. I was a customer service representative/ technical support representative as well. With the account that I was endorsed to will require us to provide excellent customer service and do some basic troubleshooting steps. With the experience, I have developed or enhanced communication skills, customer service skills and multi-tasking as well which I believe would be a great help to build your business. I also know how to use Microsoft programs/applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office Power point and Microsoft Office Word which are very useful to create reports, presentations and files for every businesses. I know there are a lot of other soft wares that can be used for saving files and creating presentations, I am excited to learn and to have training for that. I studied Business administration major in Marketing management and I am very excited to explore things when it comes to Marketing. I do my best in everything I do. i am currently working as a Medical Associate in a BPO company with an account that caters to medical insurance. I a looking for a part time job for now. i am focused and I finished tasks as soon as I can. I want to finish tasks before the given deadlines to be able to have time to work on another tasks.
