My name is Jether Jan F. Arañez, and I'm an experienced customer service representative with over 3 years of work experience as a CSR and Technical Support Specialist. This experience developed my strong background in handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and contacting customers via Email, live chat, or through outbound calls, developing my confidence, my skills in English communication, and problem-solving skills. 

After years of working as a CSR, I delved into the world of Virtual Assistants and worked as a Marketing Video editor for a US-based publishing company. My task was to provide content and edit social media advertisements for upcoming and newly released books, taking on the role as a social media manager for their social media platforms, providing graphic designs to post on a regular basis, and planning out social media postings to strategize and maximize the reach of the audience.
