As Administrative Assistant:
Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining files,
Accounts, trackers, templates & tender documents.
Handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing
correspondence, arranging, and scheduling meetings, travel itineraries, and other

Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate parties or take messages.

Responsible for the preparation and processing of the fortnightly payroll using XERO
software (this includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing new

Managed weekly approved timesheets, client remittances, and invoice monitoring.
As an E-commerce Assistant:
Product Listing
Provide support in Customer Service and Dropshipping Service.
Answer questions and resolve customers' complaints, cancellations of orders, delayed orders, refunds, and shipping status issues.
