I have been working as a Quality Assurance Specialist for 3 years and I have my skills include, compiling the control metrics to determine how they might be improved, identifying quality problems and submit daily data of recommended solutions, monitor advisor calls to ensure that they are following the mandated protocols set by the clients, supply quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions, evaluate new procedures and methods to make recommendations regarding their use and in handling escalations received from the customers.
In addition to that, I also worked as a virtual assistant and has provided professional administrative, technical and creative (social media) assistance to clients remotely. I can also help you manage your schedules, arrange meetings, manage your contact lists, handle your emails, sending newsletters, performing market research and identifying new business opportunities and provide customer satisfactory services.
I have an expert skill in planning and organizing with the ability to complete tasks on time with quality and accuracy. I am an independent worker who successfully meets the challenges of a fast-paced environment providing data entry and administrative support to a large organization with expert knowledge of database management tools and data entry technologies.
