Profile Description

 I have knowledge when it comes to customer service. I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for three years and I am confident that my knowledge will fit in this kind of industry. I have experienced being a Chat and Email support agent. Through chat, I can manage up to 8 customers at the same time which makes my multi-tasking skill improved. If there are no customers, I switched working in emails where I am responding to different customers concern by replying to the email wherein we have a target goal that needs to be hit. I also experienced being an Inbound Customer Service wherein we assist different customers via phone call. I've learned how to deal and engage with different types of people and I always find myself happy when addressing and resolving their concerns.
